Partition 36 is an electronic music project that draws influence from EBM and trance, as well as acts like Kraftwerk and Boards of Canada. It was started in 2006 by Andrew Jones-Gonzales.

Partition 36's last full-album was released on November 1st, 2008, and was titled (incf partition-36). This album not only re-introduced hardware synthesizers into the music, but also started moving into new musical styles. Since then there has been both a single, I Love Penguins - The Remixes, and an EP titled Opcode-1, both of which were released in 2009. Currently Andrew is working on a new full-length album titled Inside The Beat, which will go further into the EBM and industrial territory while still sounding like Partition 36.
